I appreciate all you help so far...I have found that all of the thermostats are working properly and the inlet control thermis is ok... I replaced the main power board... checked the door switch...vaccuumed the inside of the cabinet and motor housings...pristine condition now... checked the thermostat on the motor also..all good... what now? How do I check out the motor it cant be anything else ... oh yes...I am getting 120 at each leg...so power is ok also...help again!
ANSWER Hello Greg. Unplug the heater and test both wires for power. One of the wires will be dead. You need to trace that wire and see where you are loosing the voltage at and replace that part. Be careful as you are dealing with live power there.
