I am having problems with my keypad. The up and down arrows don't work. I unplug the dishwater, but still can't select the type of cycle after restoring the electricity. I assume that my keypad may have gone bad. I first will unplug the keypad and see if reconnecting will fix the problem. How do I get access to the plug on this keypad? Do you have to remove all 12 screws around the inner door lip to remove the inner door wall? And when I do remove this inner door wall, do I need to be aware of any other parts that may fall out since I am removing the door? It looks like (form your photo) that this keypad is attached to the dishwasher by a adhesive sticker? Thank you for your help!
ANSWER Hello Ticzon. Yes, you will need to remove the inner door panel after the power to the unit has been disconnected. Then you should be able to access the ribbon cable. If removing it and cleaning it does not fix it, you will need to replace the keypad WD34X11158. Hope this helps.
