The motor led blinks once then long pause. The instruction sheet tells me to replace the motor [brake]. What is the motor brake. Thanks, Jim
ANSWER Hello Jim,
The motor brake is an electrical circuit that actually uses the motor as a brake. If the tub takes longer than 25 seconds to stop, the inverter will initiate a brake resistor error code. The brake resistor is permanently molded into the underside of the inverter cover. If the brake requires replacement, this means to replace the motor assembly WH20X10093.
