GE 2-cycle dryer DDE5100RALAD
During a recent move, the shafts of two of the knobs on my dryer were broken off flush against the panel. Can I get replacement shafts? I think I can easily dis-assemble the panel to replace the shafts if they are still available for purchase. I have the knobs, but the plastic shafts are broken off flush with the panel. No way to select temperature or start the dryer without the shafts.
ANSWER Maxine, it sounds as though you're describing the temperature switch WE4X781, and the rotary start switch WE4X782. You would have to purchase the actual switches, the shafts don't come separately.
