Fresh food door is lower than freezer door. Will part number WR13X10020 (Lower hinge kit) fix this????

You should check to see if either the upper or lower cam is broken. If the lower cam is broken order part number WR13X10020 and if the upper cam WR2X4901. If they are worn you may want to replace both. If they both look in good condition then you would want to adjust the leveling or the refrigerator door.
