When I open refrigerator door (Frigidair) it clunks at the halfway point. I found pieces on the floor that look like this

ANSWER Hello Tom,
You would want to check to see if the part is upper 240328203 or lower 240457702 cam that is broken. On both parts the door will have to be removed to replace. The upper one you will need needle nose pliers and make sure that there is none of the other part up inside the door.
