I am having trouble getting any pressure to the sprayer under the upper rack and also the sprayer at the top of the dishwasher. Is there supposed to be a screw holding the main conduit against the inside back of the cabinet? it looks like it has a screw hole mid way up be there is not a screw in it. I have cleaned all the filters, everything seems to fit tight but it does not seem like there is much of a seal where the top rack pushes into the main conduit. The top rack dishes do not seem to get very clean. Can you also tell me where the water level should be for proper cleaning? I am confused as to how much water should be in the bottom.

Bob for Model Number General Electric GLD6966R10SS DISHWASHER

ANSWER Hi Bob. Make sure that the water manifold is clear from blockage's. Make sure that both wash arm's are completely inserted in the water manifold properly. Use dishwasher cleaner part # TJ104 monthly as the incoming water is at least 120°. Make sure that the middle wash arm manifold outlet is firmly clipped onto the manifold itself. The parts view does not show a middle manifold mount screw. Remove the bottom rear filter cover and clean all debris build up from the filter so it will have better pressure output. Thank You.
