My dryer shuts off after about 5 sec when you turn the heat on. It loses power internally and the display goes out and it comes back on in about 10 sec. The heating element were checked and it was fine. I was told it might be the circut board. Is this the problem?

ANSWER Hello Charles. I would start with the circuit breaker being weak and failing. If not, then move to the main control board on the unit. Also, check all the wiring connections on the unit as well.
