Like another of your above questions, My dishwasher is working fine, but makes a loud rumbling sound when running. Repair guy said he would replace motor/pump assembly. It didn't exactly look like brain surgery, but I wanted is it a tough fix? Also does the assembly comes with instalation instructions?
ANSWER Hello Jim,
This is not brain surgury but it is a big enough job that if you have never done it before, I recommend that you pull the unit from its' installation and lay the unit on its' back to perform the repair. It is just too easy to cause a water leak with the unit in place. The new pump and motor assembly will not come with instructions.
