When you push any button on the front control nothing happens. No lights come on, nothing. I'm thinking it is the module control assembly that needs to be replaced, #AP3203951. Am I correct?
ANSWER Hello Mary,
First check the breaker. If it is not tripped, flip it off and back on. now remove the kick panel and check inside the power connection box for burned wire nuts. If they appear to be fine, you should still pull on each wire to make sure they are secure in the wire nuts. If they are all tight and voltage is present at this point, you will need to open the inner door panel and check the door switches. If the switches are good, check for power to the control. If power is supplied to the control and not exiting the board, the board has failed. There should be a mini manual in the base of the unit. If you remove the kick panel and look up at the bottom of the tub you should see a folded piece of paper stuck between a metal heat shield and the plastic tub assembly. This will have troubleshooting information and a wiring diagram on it to assist in your repair. On this design, I would first suspect a door switch if power is getting to it.
