This fan wasn't running when I first got to the home. After I got everything apart and plugged the fan block back together it started running. There is a blue rubber block that the fan wires run through and it is attached to the evaporator. Is that some kind of thermistor that could keep that fan from running? I couldn't find a wiring diagram. I'm talking about the evaporator fan.

ANSWER Hello Richard. No, it is not a thermistor, it sounds like the connector or the fan motor WR60X10257 is bad and will need to be replaced. Hope this helps.
