Refrigerator is cold BUT freezer not cold enough so my popsicles and ice cream are melted. I cleaned dust with vacuum around part #730. After checking voltage inside PART#650 it was getting electricity but fan was not turning on. Do I need to replace part # 650, the cond fan motor? Please advise. Thank you.
ANSWER Ron, Based on your post information, Yes you will need to repalce the condenser fan motor WR60X10220 . If you had voltage(8 to 12 VDC) at the fan motor harness connector, but the fan was not running, then the motor itself has failed.
