How hard is it to replace this motor? Do you have installation instructions I could review to see if I think I can replace it? Is so, then I can decide to buy it or not. Thanks

ANSWER Hello John. First you will need to remove the icebucket assembly from the freezer. Then remove the auger hub WR2X4854, by unscrewing it from the motor shaft. Then remove the screws holding the motor/solenoid cover into the back of the freezer section. Pull the cover out enough to access the wires going to the motor. Unplug the wires going to the motor and remove the screws holding the motor in place. Remove the old motor and reinstall in reverse order with the new motor. Hope this helps.
