Hello there! I have had this same problem with my washer before with the whole not spinning and agitating part. The repairman said it was the control board, so he repalced it and it has worked ever since. A couple weeks ago, the washer done the exact same thing again. I called the repairman and he said it was the control board again. I have since replaced the board and nothing is happening. Can you please help???
ANSWER Ashley, You'll need to remove the washer front panel, program the field service mode and check the LED light on the motor inverter board. If there is no LED light display, you will need to check for voltage across the gray and white/red wires and the red/black ans white red wires on the C2 connector harness on the motor, this will verify if you have voltage and neutral at the motor.
