I just tested the motor on my dryer to see if it was faulty or not and the 4 to 5 terminals reads fine but the 4 to 6 terminal reads at 2.4 for a moment and then drops to .3. I know that if the resistance is high the motor is bad, but what does it mean if the resistance is super low?
The meter reading should not drop when testing the windings on the motor. If you are having a drop then the most likely problem is a bad motor.
