Before I purchase an ERC (PS3493487) I wanted to ask if my diagnosis seems accurate. Was trying to change oven light bulb, by mistake-removed housing unit, live line touched oven element. Loud pop and flash proceeded...and the ERC went blank..nothing to do with oven works now...Stove top does work...guessing that ERC board/part needs to be replaced..? Does that sound accurate?.......oh and last, I now know I should've never loosened the bulbs housing unit, too much trouble for a simple bulb replacement...I know I know...thanks for your time

ANSWER Hello Jerry,
If you have power on the control board L1 to N then you have a bad clock WB27T11311 and would need to be replaced.
