The "Up" arrow that controls the oven temp and the timer is only working intermittently; everything else seems to work fine. Do I have to replace the whole control panel to fix this?

ANSWER Hello Kevin,
You will want to check to make sure that you have a fully seated ribbon cable to the control board. If this is good then you will need to replace the control panel.
