I was, at one time, able to get the machine to spin. It was full of water and never attempted to drain. Are we still going with AP2045986? Hate to start buying parts when I am still unsure, I am sorry it seems as though I doubt you but, I need to be sure before I invest in this machine.
ANSWER Hello Vioda. No, based on the information you provided, the drain pump WH23X10013 is either clogged or will need to be replaced in the unit. Hope this helps.
