Hi, Our washer fills with water but dose not empty when it's supposed to. everything else seems to work. I'm guessing it's the pump. The washer isn't very old but past warranty. Do you think it's the pump or a switching problem ? Thanks, Tim

ANSWER Hello Tim. Check and see if there is power coming to the pump. If so, and the pump does not run or drain, and is not clogged, you will need to order and replace the pump WH23X10013 on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
