My washer leaks water from the bottom when draining. Since I don't know how to open up the washer from the front, I tilted the washer over, and opened the bottom cover and checked, but I could not tell where it was leaking from. Should I just replace the pump and the hose from the tub to the pump?
ANSWER Hello Roy. No, you need to release the clips in the top using a flat bade and remove the front panel. Then run the washer and look for the leak. It could be a bad flood gasket on the unit.
