The machine won't go through the whole cycle. It stops and you have to restart. I have cleaned out the pump. It is still doing it what do I need to do.
ANSWER Hi Kat. Did you also remove the sump hose going to the pump that connects to the tub ? This is where the debris collect as well. You remove the pump filter from the front and clean as well. Check to see if the pump impeller is spinning loose on the shaft ? If so then replace the pump part # WH23X10028. Make sure there are no debris in the pressure switch hose going to the tub. Remove the top. Remove the hose from the switch and blow back into it towards the tub. If you have removed restrictions, then set the unit in a small wash. Fill and then advance it to spin. Has the door latch part # WH10X10006 locked ? If not it needs replaced. It will be advantageous to find the supplied tech sheet inside the cabinet to aid you in the diagnosis. It allows you to put the unit in a diagnostic mode which brings up fault codes and tells you which circuit needs assistance. Thank You.
