Our washer made a loud banging noise on the final spin. After investigating I noticed the rear counterweight bolt was loose. The bolt pulled right and it appears that it broke away from the tub. Does this mean that I will need an entire rear tub or just a bracket for the counterweight?
ANSWER Hello Doug. Check and see if the tub is busted by removing the weight. If not, and you can remove the broke bolt, you can just order the bolt. If busted or bolt will not remove, you will need the outer tub.
