how on earth do you uncrimp the metal glide to remove the old roller that has broken from the part that clips to the rack? the new part (roller and clip together)don't allow me to replace the rack clip only, which is what has broken.
ANSWER Cindy, You'll need a small flat blade "pocket" screwdriver to release the locking tab on the plastic end cap WD12X10304 on the rail(s) and remove them by pulling them out of the end of the rail. You can then roll the rack out of the rails and replace the roller/stud assembly. You may need to screwdriver to "unclip" the stud from the rack, and a pair of pliers will be handy when you snap the new stud assembly to the rack.
