BOTH THE BAKE AND THE BROIL ELEMENTS ARE NOT WORKING. THE CONTROL PANEL WORKS FINE FOR BOTH.
I TOOK OUT THE ELEMENTS AND TESTED THE VOLTAGE. I ONLY READ 120V ON ONE LEAD WITH A VOLTMETER WHEN
THE UNIT WAS TURNED ON. THIS OCCURRED ON BOTH THE
BAKE AND BROIL ELEMENTS. THE HOUSE CIRCUIT 240V BREAKER WORKS FINE, 120V ON EACH LEG. WOULD A DEFECTIVE TEMPERATURE SENSOR CAUSE THIS?

ANSWER Hello John,
You would want to check at the control board and make sure that you are getting 240 vac from bake to L1 and broil to L1. The sensor would not cause this issue.
