How can I test my oven sensor to see if that is my problem?

Jim L. for Model Number JBP76GV1

ANSWER Hello Jim. You can ohm out the sensor and see if it is bad. It should read around 15 ohms at room temperature. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps.http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
