My GE Profile Arctica Refrigerator gets to cold on the refrigerator side. I have the Freezer side set on 0 degrees and the refrigerator side moved up from 37 to 44 degrees and it is still at 32 degrees. I have digital thermostats in both sides for accurate readings. What do you thing is the problem? Thank you.
ANSWER Hello Tom. Either the damper door WR49X10091 is broken and staying open, or the temp sensor WR55X10025 is bad in the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
