Had a surge on the line take out the washer. It would fill and pump out, but not spin or agitate. Motor/inverter WH20X10035 had no LED at all. I replaced it with a serviceable unit and get 4 LED flashes indicating the mode shifter is bad. I measure 92 Ohms for the mode shifter. Am I looking at a mode shifter or bad inverter board?

ANSWER Hello Marshall. Based on the error code you provided, it needs the mode shifter WH38X10017 replaced on the unit.
