What's the exact measurement in inches of the wire bar across the shelf which hangs on the rack inside the freezer as I'm not sure if ours is broken or not? The bar does not seem to fit properly in the freezer as the shelving when fitted does not seem wide enough. This relates to GE Model # PSC23MGPABB.
