I want to remove the ice-tray shelf from my GE upright top freezer. I attempted to follow the instructions in the manual but no luck. Wondering what I am doing wrong. Seems like I am forcing it and will break it. I do not have an ice maker. Is there a quick video somewhere on the internet? Thx in advance. Nikki

ANSWER Hello Nikki,
Based on the appearance of the shelf you should have to remove the 2 screws at the top holding it in place. Then just pull out of where it rests on the wall.
