The water flow coming out of the door dispenser is very slow, almost a drip. I have traced the lines and there are no kinks which leads me to beleive there is something going on in the dispenser. Any ideas of what to look at or replace?
ANSWER Hello Folly. I suggest to remove the water supply line from the water inlet valve and insure proper water pressure to the unit. If this check to have sufficient water pressure, I would next remove the water valve from it's mount and remove the water output line from it and dispense water to ensure the water valve is opening fully. If this checks out I would next disconnect the water line from the base of the freezer door and insure good pressure. If you get low pressure at any point, this pinpoints where the problem is originating. Most of the time this complaint is either caused by low water pressure or a bad water valve. Let me know if I can further assist and have a great day!
