Water and icemaker quit. There is water from filter down to solenoid. Any way to check solenoid or should I just replace it?

ANSWER Hello Mike. You can test the water valve WR57X10032 and see if your getting power to it. If there is power there, then you will need to replace the valve. If there is no power there, then you may have a bad main board. Hope this helps.
