Having a problem with the final spin. With clothes in the tub the tub quickly becomes unballanced and stops. When the tub is empty it will complete the cycle. The rubber straps on each corenr appear to be fine and the suppension rods are all in place. Is there a counter balalnce spring somewhere? I do not see one. Could the supension rods just be worn out? This machine has been used - meaning we have really loaded this thing up in the past - that is why I suspect the suppension rods have worn out. Thank you

ANSWER Hello Bill, While it is a possibility that the suspension rods could be bad, you would want to look at the corners where the rods are located and see if any of the corners look bent or out of shape. If this is the case then you would need to get the weld assembly rod support WH46X10270
