When starting a load the hot water starts to run and stops after 3 or 4 seconds and it remains cold for the entire fill. I have changed out the control board and the solinoid water valves. Is there some other component that can cause this? The machine is about five yers old. does the incoming water pressure have any effect?

Tim for Model Number WPRB8050D1WW

ANSWER Tim, The only other component left would be the ATC sensor WH12X10251 mounted on the top of the water flume inlet on the tub cover. You are aware this unit has a water temperature control, that cycles the hot and cold water inlet valves on and off, based on the water temperature the sensor "sees", The control board has "target temperatures, based on your selection. and yes poor water flow to the washer can affect the water temperature. Good Luck.
