When I start a wash, it will fill up for few minutes, then shut off. Once it turns itself off, the washer drains. I can sometimes babysit the washer and it will go through a complete cycle. It does not matter what load type meaning what water level I have it on. If I unplug it and let it rest it may go through a complete cycle without a problem.

ANSWER Hello Angie. Check and see if there are any loose wires on the unit. Check all connection and make sure they are good and tight. If all is well, you may need to replace the control board WH12X10316. Hope this helps.
