Noticed water on floor in front of unit. Freezer and fridge
both 50. Compressor not hot to touch, condenser fan running.
Where to start?

ANSWER Jim, since the compressor and the condenser fan motor is running, you want to start at the Black wire on the compreeor overload, If you have 120 VAC from the black wire to chassis ground, you'll need to check or replace the overload/relay assembly WR8X113 WR07X10057.
If there is no voltage, then go at the "motherboard" WR55X10942.
