The evaporator fan doesn't always run. When it doesn't run, the top of the freezer rises to above freezing. I think I need to replace the freezer sensors #WR55X10025 and WR55X10026. What do you suggest? If you suggest replacing one or the other or both, how do I gain access to them.
ANSWER Hello Robert,
If the fan is not running and the compressor and condensor fan are running then it would not be the sensors causing this. You will want to check the motor to see if it is getting power and check the main conrol board to make sure that it is sending power to the fan motor.
