Jeff for Model Number psc23sgmd bs

ANSWER Hello Jeff. You will need to check and see if the temp sensor is bad in the unit. You will want to do a resistance check on the thermistors in your unit. The thermistors should read a resistance of 62K ohms at 0 degrees, 24.48K ohms at 37 degrees and 10K ohms at 77 degrees.... more If outside of range then replace the thermistors. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
