I believe the terminal block has broken or slipped back or the wiring broke so the burner doesn't work. The burner is good. How do I get the top off so I can get to the burner terminal block & wiring to check it out? Thanks

ANSWER Hello Gbeard. There is no need to remove the top assembly. If you disconnect the power and remove the element and drip bowl, you can access and replace the terminal blocks WB17X210 through the hole. Hope this helps.
