I got a refrigerator that cools good but the freezer is not freezing anything. Its cooling some but is not enougth to freeze food???? Can be the defrost thermostat??? please help

ANSWER Hello Nicolas. If there is a defrost issue and ice is packed in the back wall, then yes, it could be the defrost thermostat WR50X10010. Remove the back wall and see if only part of the coils are frosted over. If so, and part of the coils are clear, you have a sealed system repair with either a restriction or low freon.
