Outer heating element does not work. I isolated the element and checked continuity which was ok. There was zero voltage at the lower element connection. Continuity of t/stat on top of element housing was ok too. I am suspecting that the temperature selection switch on the console is not working for the "Normal" selection. It only works on the "Delicate" selection. What is your opinion? Is that switch available? Do you have instructions on how to replace that switch?

ANSWER Hi. Sorry, this model # is not pulling up in our system for parts. Yes you can use the wiring diagram to see what 2 terminals close to supply the heat circuit in the normal mode. Ohm them after they are selected with the wires disconnected (or at least one of them). Or jump these two wires together momentarily to see if the normal heat cycle works now. Thank You.
