Washer first got stuck on the agitation cycle. When I reset the timer, it went through until it got to the pump/drain cycle. It just stayed there regardless of the position of the timer, or even the cycle I set it on. I can turn the timer to any position, 360 degrees, and it stays on the drain. Is this a timer issue?

ANSWER Dale, Yes, the timer would be the most likely problem, sounds like you've got a shorted internal contact. Thanks and Good Luck
