The dial knob is lose and does not catch unless I push really hard on the dial and turn.The knob on top of the dial knob doesn't catch either. SO I am not sure what to do??

ANSWER Hello Jessi. Check and make sure the time is secured and is not broken from the control panel. If the timer is good, you will need to replace the timer knob WH1X2754 on the unit. Hope this helps.
