I have a GE XL44 and the upper two burners are fine but the lower two burners won't ignite. The guy told me to change the Top Burner Igniter - Electrode. If the Top Burner Igniter - Electrode has a problem, why it works on the upper two burners but not the lower two burners. Need help!!!!

ANSWER Hello Ken. It sounds like the spark module WB13K25 is bad and will need to be replaced, not the upper igniter. Hope this helps.
