I realize that the turntable drive motor is (grinding) which is why the table doesn't turn, so I've tried to remove the coupler. It's not coming up and I've tried a number of different tools to lift it off the motor shaft. Any help would be great.
You may want to pull the lower part of the microwave down and access the turntable motor. When you access the motor you would want to go ahead and remove it and if the turntable coupler will not come off you can use a flat blade to try to separate them.
