The washer is not draining. I cleaned all the filters and checked all the hoses. It sounds like the pump is on or working. When I took off the hose from the pump the valve flapper seemed stretched and it was getting caught by the hose when I reattached it. Could this be my problem - a worn out valve flapper?
ANSWER Hello Jack. The flapper can cause a blockage if it is worn or broke. You will need to test and see if the pump is working properly. Hope this helps.
