I replaced the pump and the flapper and it still isn't draining. Have no idea what to do next. I read about replacing the turbidity sensor but don't want to spend any more $ without being sure... Thanks for you help.
ANSWER Hello Jack. You will need to test and see if your getting power to the pump. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DM1. If so, the drain hose may be clogged. Hope this helps.
