The oven just went out.The Igniter would not light. I got a new igniter and went to change and found the wire burnt in two on the old igniter. I changed it anyway. The oven still will not work. The igniter still will not light. I checked the ohms of new one to old one they are about the same around 72. There is 120 volts down to the safety valve with oven control knob on 200. There is no continuity across the safety valve terminals (reading OL on meter). What keeps the igniter from lighting?
ANSWER Hi C.D. The conditions that you compare, leads to the oven saftey valve. This part # is WB19K13.
