I replaced the water inlet valve but water will not feed into the ice maker.

What you should do is cycle the icemaker and check voltage at the water valve. If you are getting voltage then you may want to check to make sure fill tube is not frozen. Also you may need to replace water filter is the dispenser flow is low as well. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
