The ice maker is working but no water comes out of the dispenser. No water comes out from the bottom line either when pressing the dispenser (after unhooking the water line). So, what is next, the valve, or the board ? Also, there is a lot of moisture condensation forming inside the dispenser housing and falling into the drip tray. Is this normal ? Regards,

ANSWER Hello Andy. Test and see if your getting power to the water valve. If so, the valve will need to be replaced. As far as the moisture, check and see if the flap is closing all the way inside the dispenser assembly. Hope this helps.
