I have just received the replacement part for the water valve for my refrigerator (valve leaked). Part # WR57X10033.
The mounting bracket that the valve is attached to is different from the one on the refrigerator and in your schematic. I need to know what is the correct way to mount the bracket to the back of the refrigerator.

ANSWER Hello Mike. Just mount the valve where there is one screw securing it to the back of the cabinet so it does not fall off the unit. It may mount differently, but should work. You may need to hook the tab onto a hole and then install a screw.
